Ingredients for
making Hyderabadi Biryani
- 250 gm mutton
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 1½ tbsp garlic paste
- ½ tsp garam masala powder
- Salt to taste
- ½ cup oil
- ¾ tbsp cashew nut paste 2 onions, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
Method of making
Hyderabadi Biryani
- Mix ginger paste, garlic paste and salt. Rub this mixture on to mutton.
- Keep it in the freezer for one hour.
- Fry the onions in oil till they turn golden brown.
- Add cashew nut paste and chopped tomatoes.
- Sauté for a minute.
- Add mutton and salt and cook till meat is tender. Add the garam masala power.
- Serve hot.
